All employees are entitled to apply for advertised positions within the Tyco Fire & Security Group. You can expect that your application will remain confidential until details are discussed with you at the interview.
If you are being considered for the position after your first interview then you will be given the opportunity to discuss your submission with your current manager. The hiring manager can do this if you agree that it is appropriate.
If you are successful and decide to accept the offer you are expected to give your full support to your current manager to ensure a smooth transition. The relevant managers should coordinate transfer logistics to ensure minimal disruption to the business unit and colleagues.
